I came across Tapz & Coffee by chance when looking for a tap for my kitchen sink. We purchased 2 WCs from them and was pleased with the sales process. The staff were knowledgeable and helped us greatly in making informed choices. The installation date was also arranged promptly, with the agreement that installation and removal of the old WCs were included. However on the day of the installation, the workers from the WC supplier tried to charge us to change the water outlets for the WCs. To make matters worse, they attempted to grift us by supposedly undercutting their own company by offering to do it cheaper if paid directly to them. All throughout they refused to let me talk directly to their supervisor. I immediately called Tapz and, to their credit, they resolved this. Be aware of the agreement made and look out for dishonest practices by subcontractors.

Highly recommend this store for your plumbing supplies. Alvin is very knowledgeable, approachable and most importantly after sales service is good. Supplier included wrong component with my kitchen sink and Alvin went out of his way to get the right part for me and delivered it personally to my doorstep after closing up his shop. Coincidentally chanced upon the shop and went in to consult. Boss is a humble man, no upselling and prices are reasonable. Thank you for being able to speed up for me and settle my basin and vanity cabinet in less than a week. My old vanity cabinet door broke due to prolonged exposure to water, boss was nice to explain to me how the new one will not have such issue. The staff that come to install was very patient too. Overall experience was great. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I walked in on 14 July 2024 after seeing their tiktok video. The sales person was not pushy at all but he was also not very helpful. He was neutral (?) and since that was our very first time entering a bathroom supply shop (we just got our home), it was not a productive visit. There were about 12/16 WCs and we were only showed 1 that was rimless and had good flushing. We asked a couple more questions and got showed just one more WC and then the conversation kinda stopped there haha. Chanced upon Tapz & Coffee when I was looking for a particular model of toilet bowl. Upon entering the shop, was greeted by Alvin and he showed us the model of toilet bowl we wanted. In addition, also checked with him on water heater. Alvin was not pushy and did not even try to make us decide or buy on the spot. Instead, I asked for his contact so that if I decide to buy, will contact him directly. After comparison with other vanity shops, his price is most competitive with others offering the same item. Alvin was quick to reply my queries thru WhatsApp and I confirmed my order thru text and online payment without even going down to the shop a 2nd time. On the day of delivery, Alvin made the delivery himself and ensure everything is in order. Kudos to this boss (I guess). However, it will be a plus point if Tapz & Coffee also serve Coffee 🤣.

We happen to chance upon this store while looking for basin and tap. Alvin, who is the boss is very helpful and patience with all our queries. Although shop is not big but he has catalogs for different sizes n models of basins. We end up getting other items like mirror, ceiling track lights, led lights etc cos we like his services. He even visited our flat to guide us on how to design the lightings. He even allowed us to change the basin n tap twice after purchase (before delivery) as we had to change our design. Alvin also explained in detail on how to use remote control for the lights and never once impatient also we asked him same thing many times. We wld definitely go back to him when necessary.

I came across Tapz & Coffee while looking for a small basin for my service yard along Jalan Besar. Alvin immediately understood my requirements and recommended a suitable sink. He also intro me to a new brand of smart ceiling fan which is value for money and of my preferred colour. As my ID did the wrong dimension for my customised bathroom sink, I asked Alvin for advice. He helped to look through his catalogues and recommended a sink which his shop did not carry but referred me to buy directly from the supplier shop as I needed it urgently. He is also flexible to change the bathroom tap which I bought earlier to be compatible with my new bathroom sink and even went to his storeroom in another location to get the gun metal double hook which I needed urgently. Alvin is the light amidst my horrible reno as he resolved the problems that I faced with my irresponsible ID. Overall, Alvin is patient to listen, understand customer's needs, professional in providing constructive advice, helpful, friendly, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for customers in order to fulfill their needs. I would highly recommend Tapz & Coffee to anyone who are looking for bathroom/sanitary wares and accessories.

Alvin is a great person, he listens to your needs and tries his best to help you out. He doesn't try to oversell you anything, which I really appreciate. I had a couple of changes after i bought the items and he happily helped me out. In one occasion I needed to change the size of vanity and in the one other one, tap was making a lot of noise and Alvin happily replaced with a different one.

There was only one person in the shop on a Sunday noon but he (Alvin) was sincerely trying his best to manage all customers enquiries. We bought 2 shower heads at a reasonable price, it was nicely installed. One of the shower head had issue 2M later and they accepted exchange. Was hunting for a hot water storage tank replacement and scouted around for a vendor who can also offer after sales warranty claim assistance. Many shop do not offer such services. As my existing water tank was installed 3m above ground, many installers were quoting very high rates. The highest one was asking for about $650, the rest was about $350. Alvin from Tapz & Coffee was helpful in explaining the variety of tank options. Product and installation prices were very reasonable. The installation price was much... much... lower than those quotes that I obtained. The installation was completed without any complication. I would recommend anyone with similiar needs like mine and who are also looking for after sales warranty services to visit this shop to get a quote before making their decision.

We were at Jalan Besar, shopping for our new home and chanced upon Tapz & Coffee. We love the selection of items they offer (it doesn't look dated and the quality looks good). Happen to chance upon this amazing shop while looking for toilet bowls and vanity tops around Jalan Besar area. Alvin served us and we were impressed by his service and knowledge. In the end we get everything from him. Price is good too. Alvin upgraded our toilet bowls to an higher model cause the actual size collars was out of stock for our order as we can't wait so long. During installation... The ID worker broke a basin.. Whatsapped Alvin and he arranged another basin over hrs later. This is the suport every home owner needs when sh1t happens and Alvin is fantastic in this aspect.

1st time visiting Tapz & Coffee, Mr Alvin is very nice, service 5*****. Bought toilet seat, unable to install well. He arranged the plumber to come by to install for us. I also arrange for wash basin, tap, mirror, another toilet seat via whats app. He is very very helpful, sending photos to me & we chose it. The plumber came to install the wash basin, tap, mirror (common toilet) & the new toilet seat for master bedroom. Workmanship - very good & reasonable price. Highly recommended! Please look for Alvin. I made multiple trips down as I was still unsure what I needed. Alvin was very patient with me, showing me his items on display and in his catalogue. The shop carries new and trendy items and I found out about their shop through TikTok. 80% of my toilet accessories were from Tapz (toilet bowl, shower mixer, bath tub, kitchen sink etc.) The delivery was smooth as the delivery guy went through all the items with me. When we had our toilets updated, we had been searching around for accessories. Chanced upon Tapz & Coffee, loved the range of accessories they carried, rather uinque. We were serviced by a lady. She was efficiently and pleasant. A year plus later, we needed kitchen tap replacement. We had been looking online. Eventually popped by Tapz & Coffee. Alvin was busy but still found time to show us a few choices. We placed an order and came down a day or two later to collect. Then we realised that the colour was not Gunpowder grey we wanted. Alvin quickly contacted the supplier and made arrangement to change to the correct one. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. Highly recommend! 😊

We were shopping for toilet bowl around the area and chance upon Tapz & Coffee. We walked into the showroom as we saw they stock products from HERA. Alvin attended to us, he showed us the catalogue and proceed to offer suggestions on bathroom vanity. Alvin was very helpful throughout the process even though we did not commit to a purchase. He switched the displays around to show us the possible combinations. We purchased 2 vanity sets to replace our existing ones and an additional tap for the kitchen sink. There was a little hiccup during installation due to the concealed pipes in out hdb unit. Plumber was very professional and informed us on the risks involved to drill. After discussing with Alvin, he offered a solution and the plumber was able to install the vanity smoothly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Alvin!

Bought a tap and basin from them and the basin crack less than 2 weeks suddenly in the middle of the night. They refuse to change/warranty citing user damage. Had made a complain to BCA. Buy at your risk
