We purchased 2 WCs from them and was pleased with the sales process. The staff were knowledgeable and helped us greatly in making informed choices. The installation date was also arranged promptly, with the agreement that installation and removal of the old WCs were included. However on the day of the installation, the workers from the WC supplier tried to charge us to change the water outlets for the WCs. To make matters worse, they attempted to grift us by supposedly undercutting their own company by offering to do it cheaper if paid directly to them. All throughout they refused to let me talk directly to their supervisor. I immediately called Tapz and, to their credit, they resolved this. Be aware of the agreement made and look out for dishonest practices by subcontractors.
